Implemented on the official website of the Municipality of Elbasan, the solution enables citizens to quickly receive reliable, user-friendly answers about municipal services, procedures and local information.
The initiative demonstrates how practical AI can create tangible public value by making information easier to find, reducing response times, improving transparency and strengthening communication between municipalities and citizens.
Smart Processes will present the solution through the Elbasan Municipality use case, showcasing how the virtual assistant works in practice and how it supports more accessible and responsive public services.
