LACONICS aims to launch a number of ideas in relation to how can technology improve the process of democratic governance at local level. We will describe how is technology better serving the local public through AI, how new tools can be added to guarantee a better observation of the rule of law as much as the equal treatment of all the citizens, enabling them access into decision making, etc.
